Manage and coordinate sales strategies. The objective of the department is to locate and position the company in the market, and increase sales or revenues.

Supervise daily activities, anticipate customer requirements and maintain a good relationship with them, as well as manage the launch of new programs within the plant.
Coordinate the logistics teams and establish the objectives.
